There is absolutely no way to get Aeris back(except for gameshark/Xploder etc.), SE have even said so themselves. also, there is a difference between the US/JP realease and the EU release, this is Emerald and Ruby weapon, in fact they change each game a little when they bring it over here. and instead of tying to pursue a rumor that would destroy the balance of the story, why not try to pursue something a lot more truthful, like getting a Masamune Sword, and before you start telling me off for this, it's not an equippable weapon, it's a key item and is only a replica of his sword, I did hear a rumor, however, that you could get a masamune sword that cloud can equip, but that's just a rumore as far as I'm concerned
