hey..well my playstation was sttolen from the apt last week and I never wrote down the serial number or kept the receipt. Well I called sony customer service and they told me that could retreive the serial number somehow...no clue. The person i talked to said to fax over a letter to Byron Ottman that works in another department with my PSN ID and some other stuff and tell him what happened. Well i did this about a week ago and no response.
Has anyone else have any luck with this or tried this before? i have looked around and havent heard of them going this at all.
