Cheeta or Inferno, Banshee is a fast car too. You can find them almost anywhere.
Inferno and Cheeta are near your hideout in Staunton Island, I think these are the fastest cars.
You can find Banshee on Portland in a garage-store near 8-ball, and on Staunton Island almost everywhere.

hmph. i got almost all the fastest cars.. the infurnus, banshee, cheetah, yakuza stinger, police car, and i got the slowest and most powerful car...... the TANK!!

I think it's the banshee personally.... although I haven't been graced driving the inferno yet.... :-( But so far the banshee handles really well for me (sorry, no "all cars drive well" cheat for this gal)... Anyway just thought i'd throw my 2 cents in... the (yakuza) stinger doesn't seem to drive as well as a stinger stolen from certain rich pimp daddies though.... and the cheetah is too loose control for me. But eh, it's all personal preference. Word of advice-- steal a banshee and keep it in your garage in the first level and a new one will regenerate. Use that one for the missions, and keep the other banshee in the garage in case you need it for an emergency ;-) Second level the things are like weeds, they pop up everywhere, especially around the one area (torrington i think?) Rich b*astards :-P

The Fastest Car in the Whole game is the banshee i know because i put 7 tv's in a row and plugged in 1 playstation into each tv and gathered my best friends that were most experienced in driving and my friend bob was driving the banshee and i was driving the lcpd car and my other friends were drivingthe other cars and i nearly won but the banshee won by 1.41 seconds! DAMN
