Wow. I'm impressed with their lifetime warranty.
I sent in an A130 and a KSC35 and I got back two new sets. I was honestly just expecting a hinge fix and a jack replacement. I was really surprised because the A130's are out of production and the KSC35's are as well IIRC.
Some of my friends are now getting Portapros and KSC75s as gifts...
Anyone else have a positive experience with their warranty service?
