i have found that trade runs can be a lot of fun especially if you have a not so good fighter or freighter it puts excitement back into the game

The main things to do after mission 13 are; get friendly with the Corsairs, and then follow them to their base and get the best ship in the game. Then find the secret system, fight the Nomad ships that are still in the system, steal their weapons, and go kick ass.

The main thing I did was try to get friendly with pirate ships and start leading big attacks on liberty, its fun and profitable ;-)
Or like X22 said, try looking for the best stuff in the game and become GOD!
The game is okay online but you tend to get your ass kicked by people who cheat or have simply been on longer than you.

I recommend Getting your ship as good a you can then when you get bored of trying to get all the best stuff go online with your mates and try to be pirates.

After the defeat of the nomads I did some real freelancer.
I explored every system, I did trading both honest and dishonest, I trated ships so I could fly them all, I amassed a huge collection of weapons and money, I became a God of War with nomad weapons on a Titan, still I hunger for more...
The internet is a good challenge but it has its limitations, you will start over and spend many hours until you have achieved a position close to what you had in the single player game, my advise is be creative.
Invent your one ship, fly in space with your baby.
Nothing beats a good large scale destruction in the controls of your own ship.

no its not the end of the game. do jobs eurn money and buy the best wepons and ship (titain).
go to www.lancersreactor.com/t/ and download the freelancer mod manager and download the best mods most of them r really cool. or u can play it in a multyplayer game on the internet and do missions with other fellow freelancers . i have go on many times befor. all i hope for is their to be an add-on or freelancer 2 comeing out in the very near future (i really do hope so).

Alright, HOW do you get the nomad weapons?!

I don't know if my game is bugged or what, but I've killed hundreds of nomad in both Omicron Alpha and Gamma and inside the secret systems there, and never once have had a single nomad weapon drop. I heard something about having to kill at least 5 waves before weapons start dropping, so I went and killed 10 waves in each place, still no weapons. Anyone else have these problems? Just bad luck or is my game bugged?
