Do you think The Legend of Zelda:The Wind Waker will be as great as people think or will it fail just like many games before it?I think it will fail since people have so many expectations for it.

Its already been released in japan. So we know for sure that what everything that they said about it is true.

It's Zelda it will succede. Even people complaining about the cel shading will play it. Zelda has always been a great series, and will sell via brand name recognition alone.

Come on now, it's Zelda that we're talking about here. Zelda titles have traditionally sold very well, and even though the visual direction might be different than what most people expected, Nintendo has done a good job of advertising this title.

Although I'm not getting a GC for this game, I'm sure that it will sell fine-- at least initially, like most of the other Nintendo big releases have done. As to whether Zelda will have staying power for the rest of the year... that question is tougher to answer.

It's in the training ground. Just go to the sign with tunnel training. then go in the tunnel. And then avoid the boulder. And at the end is the koroki sword.

I have to say that when I took R6 back today..they had a demo of Zelda...and I played it..and I really couldn't put it down. It was actually pretty fun. The gameplay is what seals it..and the graphics do look pretty great...for being a Cel Shaded game.

I've come to grips with Link being a kid in the game...the whole point of the Zelda games was a kid on a quest...and thats where they have returned the game too..it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Pretty fun game..I imagine I might buy it someday.

I was walking through walmart the other day and just scouted out the games section and low and behold a gamecube was not being occupied for 30 minutes on end by some little snot faced kid. So I checked the controller to make sure there wasn't some reason the GC was open and I played Zelda for about a minute before a huge group of kids formed around me and I left. I guess I'll have to go back at 2:00 in the morning just to play it again.

Well, I own it now...

This game is AMAZING. To anyone who has ever liked any Zelda game in the past, this is a must-have.

Absolutely stunning.

I got it too!!
I second that!

The cel-shading makes things appear more soft. Remember the sharp edges everywhere on OOT.

And I finally get what the maker meant by saying "there is a Different link every story."
And It says that the evil has come back!! Most likly ganondorf!!!! :P
I cant wait to finish this game.
