Wind druid, Earthshifter or hoto/ spirit?

I'm making a wind druid and i cant decide whether i should use earthshifter +7 skills +10% fcr w/ socoted hel rune or hoto spirit w/ +5 and resistnaces + more fcr. W/ the earthshifter and full gear i can do about 6.7 k tornado, is that good?

wel.... earthshifter.. it is a legendary maul or something like that .... it just does give +7 lol go look it up i'm 2 lazy to post a link

actually he's right(kind of, it's not for all skills), earthshifter does the following:

Thunder Maul
250-300% Enhanced Damage
+50% Damage to Undead
+7 to Elemental Skills (Druid Only)
25% Chance to Cast Slvl 14 Fissure on Striking
10% Increased Attack Speed
33% Crushing Blow
10% Faster Cast Rate
Slvl 14 Volcano (30 Charges)
