Why 290's Why !?!?

290's have become a big item in trade this last year on d2:lod... an i simply dont get it... i mean lets see here yea 290 posin damage... now lets look at rabie druids who do about 29k poison damage and they still cant do crap to monsters or most of the time in duels... so y r 290s so popular?! Just a question....

poison is used only in duels these days.. but u dont really see it around much anymore.. 290 psn charms are worth nothing more then a soj now.

they are the best charms in the game they add dmg .......... and make ur attack dmg higher ...... imagine a barbarian with 8k dmg ok... and another one with 40k dmg ..... the only difference is the 39 290 psn charms :P and 1 anny :P that is why,,,,,

Your original calculation was incorrect. His calculation was per second, figuring in the 290 dmg OVER 10 seconds. Most of the time, you or the other guy die before 10 seconds is up (unless of course you suck that bad). When i played, 2 hits with my eth zod death cleaver and they fell, poison wasnt a big deal to me. so yea, 290s are worthless unless you have a zon with multishot in cows. Both of you, leave the forums. Stop calling each other noob, you are making yourself look retarded.

I had 30 of those worthless 290's.. and since they are good for nothing I traded em all away for new equipment for my smiter.. Its amazing what some still give for those things, or what they are planning to do with it.. doesnt bother me..thanks to those things I made a nice eth vortex exile with 40 resist all.
