let me answer a question regarding 290's. ok as someone calculate it already, 290*39=11310 (damage in 10 seconds) which is 1131 damage per second. But keep in mind, the damage from the charm DOES NOT, i repeat DOES NOT get pvp penality (which is around 1/6 of the orginal damage) check in www.diabloii.net, they got much better explaination than me. ok 1131 damage per second with 75% poison resist (not high but fair) is 282.75 damage per second.
Oh and one thing to add, good duelers' (assuming both are good) duel will never ever ends in 2 seconds. Good duels are wayyy more than just both guys spamming spells/arrow at each others nor is it both players just click without thinking.
