I am charged with vandalism, breaking and entering, and destruction of property. Here is a Police narrative showing all that we did and how we got caught.

I walked down the hill and no one was in the car but there was foot prints leading in a northwest direction. I returned to my cruiser and by that time Sgt Miller, Ptl Hovis and Ptl Maines had arrived. Ptl Hovis started tracking the subjects in the woods while Sgt Miller and Ptl Maines started to patrol the area in hopes of finding the listed individuals. The plate on the car was D*L**62 which was registered to a Donna *Lastname* 4479 South Park in West Farmington, Sgt Miller called LASTNAME and she stated her son Quinton had the vehicle and she would try to reach him on his cell phone. Sgt Miller eventually obtained the cell phone number for Quinton and convinced him to exit the woods or return to his vehicle. Quinton was not sure of the area so Sgt Miller communicated with him until he was located and brought back to the scene of the crash. The remaining four subjects that were in the car Christopher ******, Eric *******, Lucas ****** and Shane ***** eventually called from there cell phones and were picked up and brought to the Bazetta Police Department so statements could be obtained. The area in the park was checked were the vehicle was originally parked when I first observed it. A claw hammer was found on the ground by a storage building and the side of the building was painted blue. In the trunk of the crashed vehicle was two cans of blue and two cans of orange spray paint. Shane ***** admitted in his statement that he painted on the side of the building in the park. Lucas ****** stated he painted the signs in the park and was present when the buildings were broken into on 02-26-2005. Eric ******* stated they went to the Bazetta mall and spray painted the pop machines and then proceeded to the park in Cortland so they could take some traffic cones. In the trunk of the crashed vehicle was 30 traffic cones which had been taken from the park in Cortland. They then went to Mosquito State Park and spray painted a building while Christopher tried to break into the building. Eric also assisted Christopher with stealing two blinking lights from the construction site on Bazetta. In The back seat of the crashed vehicle were two 9 volt batteries and one yellow blinking light. Christopher admitted taking the traffic cones from the park in Cortland and breaking some lights on a truck that was parked there. Christopher also admitted that he threw a broom through the window at Lakeview High School, pulled a sign and threw trash. They then went to the jet ski shed at the park were Shane, Christoher, Sam and Quinton broke open the door. The contents from the shed were threw all over and Quinton took a tool box. They left the park thru the campground and broke into the shed at the camp registration office. Christopher stated they tried to break open another shed at the jet ski place but were unable to get it open. Christopher also stated Shane threw the blocks and damaged the truck at the park in Cortland. Quinton stated that he helped pull the signs at Lakeview High School, break into the shed at Mosquito State Park and throw the contents onto the ice. Quinton also admitted to stealing the cones in Cortland and painting the pop machines at the Bazetta Mall. Quinton was also cited for Failure to comply, Reckless operation and no seat belt since he admitted driving the vehicle that originally fled from me in the park. Samuel ****** was questioned by Ptl Sofchek and he admitted to pulling signs at Lakeview High School, pulling signs at Mosquito State Park,assisted in throwing the contents of the shed in the park onto the lake and stealing 6 life jackets that were never recovered. Samuel also witnessed Christopher take a monkey wrench and break the toilets in the restroom at the state park. Samuel was also present when the second shed door was forced open by Quinton and Christopher at the camp registration office. Samuel also was involved in the damage to the ice machine at the state park and the damage to the truck at the park in Cortland. Christopher was release on three summons and charges will be filed in juvenile court on the remaining five juveniles. The juveniles were all released to there parents. See attached statements
