I had 3 favorites for different reasons.

My most favorite was my paladin. I liked his abilities, and the items he got (+5 swords are unstoppable).

I also liked the Barbarian (which I made in NWN). They are the ultimate fighting machines. I had 2 in my party. A half-orc and dwarf. I think they are more interesting to play than a fighter.

My main character was a thief, and they are the most intese to play, so that is another one I liked. They have a lot of useful skills and abilities, and require actual strategy to use. Where you can just rush in with your barbarians, you have to think about just about everything the thief does. He makes a tough main character, since he can be killed easily, but I think that added to the excitement.
