Hi. I have a lvl 71 strafe bowazon.

I had my char and skilltree screens open, and I put a point on the Penetrate. It was at 8 and when increased to 9, it should have increased my atk rating from +105% to +115%, BUT MY EFFECTIVE ATK RATING WENT DOWN!!

WHAT GIVES???

Someone plz help!
